Barrie Hart - CSR #6954

Barrie Hart is a California Certified Reporter with over 23 years experience. Her career has taken her from trial court to deposition and back again. She is highly skilled in handling a wide range of litigation, including highly technical chemical contamination cases, grand juries, law and motion, and felony murder trials.

Barrie is known in the courts of Marin, Napa and Sonoma County as one who is not only easy to work with, but demonstrates her professionalism by her accuracy, promptness and willingness to accept challenges. She strives to make sure that her clients have what they need, when they need it, using all the current technology, including real-time translation.

In 2010, seeing the change in the courts of California providing reporters in civil cases, Barrie saw a need and looked for a way she could fill it. She put together a team of experienced, skilled reporters, and Bay Area Trial Reporters was born.
Beth Grant - CSR #10943

Beth Grant is a veteran Certified Shorthand Reporter with the State of California. She has over fifteen years of experience reporting in the Superior Courts of the Bay Area. Beth has been a real-time reporter since 1996 and has been an ambassador in exposing our Judicial Bench to the realtime technology. Although Beth is an experienced deposition reporter her emphasis has been on serving the Superior Courts of California as an official reporter and pro tempore official reporter. Beth takes pride in her transcripts and strives for excellence.
December Moore - CSR #8718

December Moore has been a California Certified Shorthand Reporter since 1990. Since then she has worked in the courtrooms of Napa and Sonoma counties where she has reported all aspects of law, including complex, multi-party civil cases and death-penalty cases. In 2005 she expanded her reporting services to include depositions and arbitrations. December realizes that her role is not only to keep the record, but to provide it to attorneys in a way that allows them to be well-prepared for litigation, such as real-time translation, rough drafts and expedited transcripts.
Teri Hosmer - CSR #7246, RPR & CRR

Teri Hosmer started her career 25 years ago reporting Top Security Clearance interviews for the Government. She then went on to work in Alameda County Superior Court and Sonoma County Superior Courts, reporting daily asbestos cases, complex civil jury trials, medical malpractice, family law, felony murder trials, and death penalty cases. Teri was a pioneer in the era of Realtime in the 1980’s and made it a priority to perfect the skill, passing the rigorous and highly coveted CRR Exam. While in the deposition field, Teri specialized in providing real-time translation to many attorneys. Teri believes in producing an accurate and high quality transcript in a timely manner and has dedicated herself to a strong work ethic, courtesy and respect to all parties, and always service with a smile.
Jennifer Moser Roux - CSR #11033

Jennifer Moser Roux is a Certified Shorthand Reporter with over 15 years of experience in the Superior Courts of Sonoma County and Contra Costa County specializing in courtroom litigation of complex cases including medical malpractice, personal injury, construction defect, product liability, employment law, as well as civil law and motion, family law, juvenile, criminal trials and death penalty cases. Jennifer adheres to the highest standard of integrity and professionalism providing accurate and timely records using state-of-the-art-technology.
